Besides that, then nobody would go visit their website other than to check if they're listed or not- if they are then they'd move on; if they're not, then they'll probably get mad for NOT being on the million list! Remember there are 70million blogs- how do you pick just one million? :-) You have a good point on the "dead" links. does it count? it would mess up their counting if they remove it and as it is, it is a pain editing and checking each one if the blog is legit or purely spam.
